Terms of service

Stadence is a sports companion and community product. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.

Sports information

Scores, statistics, schedules, odds, and alerts may be delayed, unavailable, or corrected. Do not rely on Stadence for financial, wagering, safety-critical, or time-sensitive decisions.

No gambling

Predictions use virtual points only and have no cash value. Stadence does not accept wagers, deposits, or withdrawals and does not award cash or prizes based on predictions.

Your conduct and content

You must follow the Community Guidelines and must not submit illegal, abusive, deceptive, spam, private, or rights-infringing content. You retain responsibility for what you post and grant Stadence the limited permission needed to display, moderate, and deliver that content through the service.

Moderation

Stadence may filter, hold, remove, preserve, or report content and may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users, rights holders, and the service. You can report content and block accounts from community surfaces.

Third-party services

Sports data, media, authentication, hosting, and notification providers may be unavailable or change their services. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and responsibility

Stadence is provided as available without a guarantee that every score, alert, prediction, post, or message arrives without delay. To the extent permitted by law, Stadence is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made using displayed sports information.

Ending use and updates

You may stop using Stadence at any time and delete your account in Settings. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
