For account, privacy, safety, score, notification, or accessibility help, email us and include the details below.

Include your Stadence username if applicable, iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and what you expected to happen. Never send a password or authentication code.

Safety concerns

Use the in-app report and block controls for immediate action. For urgent moderation review, email support with the username, approximate time, community surface, and a short description. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Account data

You can export or delete your data in Stadence under Settings. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.

Score corrections

Scores and statistics can be delayed or corrected by providers. Include the matchup, date, and incorrect value so the source can be checked.

Before writing

Update Stadence and iOS to the latest available versions.
Confirm that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings.
Try again on a different network if live data is unavailable.
